HARRISBURG – SEIU Healthcare Pennsylvania, PA’s largest healthcare union, has announced its slate of endorsed candidates for the November 7, 2017 election.
“A vital part of our work as healthcare professionals is advocating for our communities and for the working women and men of Pennsylvania,” said Matthew Yarnell, President of SEIU Healthcare Pennsylvania. “That means electing public officials who will fight alongside us, not against us. We need politicians and judges who side with working families over corporate money and power. There are many ways to hold politicians accountable — but the most direct is at the ballot box.”
SEIU Healthcare Pennsylvania unite’s nearly 45,000 nurses, professional and technical employees, direct care workers, and service employees in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home and community-based services, and state facilities across the Commonwealth.
