We’ve been working hard to negotiate better wages at Lehigh Valley Hospital Pocono. Now, we’re getting together with our co-workers on Zoom this Friday, August 25 to talk about updates and to vote on wage increases. Will you join one of the Zoom sessions? We’re Meeting with The Employer About a Possible Wage Increase
July is quickly coming to an end and we have a lot going on. I am back from my medical leave and digging in with the leadership to build a stronger chapter.
The employer approached us about a wage increase. Along with the increase, they are looking for a few things in return, especially a two-year extension on the contract.
We need to build our committee to sit down with the employer to discuss. We are meeting with the employer again on Thursday, July 27th, We are meeting as a committee on Tuesday, July 25th at 7pm via Zoom.
